Not much to do to keep straps from freezing, I drive flatbed in the US and I just do like you on snowy days and put them in cabin. Some people say they pour windshield washer fluid on them but I never did that. Your the best👍.

My first thought is you drive trucks and forklifts like you've been driving them for 20 to 30 years the amount skill you have is amazing. I missed you! Glad you are still truckin' and keeping in touch with us. When I was pulling flatbed that's pretty much how I handled my frozen straps. I kept a milk crate on the passenger floor upside down and just threw the straps in there. It filled up fast because of the 4" (100mm) 30' (9.14m) straps. My tarps is another story, lol 😖
